If you need to speak to someone urgently, the following telephone options are available:

For test results between the hours of 2:30-6:00pm
Between these hours we can answer queries regarding test results.
Please be advised that test results are highly confidential information. For this reason we reserve the right to refuse disclosure for those querying another person’s results without their written permission to do so.

To speak to a medical secretary
This option is for queries related to medical referrals.
Please be advised that our medical secretaries are not involved in the booking of appointments.

This is the most appropriate course of action for all other queries.
