Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- using the GP online system – SystmOnline
- phone or visit the practice after 11am

Blood Tests
Blood Tests are available by appointment, Monday to Friday.
If you are unable to book a blood test at the practice, you can have it done at Crawley Hospital. They are open between 8.30am – 4 pm Monday to Friday.
Please contact us to request your test results by calling reception after 11am, Monday to Friday.
You are responsible for ringing for your results. It is not possible to call every patient with their results due to the volume of patients results we deal with.
Blood and urine tests are usually back within 1 week, x-rays within 2-3 weeks. Due to patient confidentiality we are only able to give out results to the patient and no-one else ringing on their behalf.
